Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item(s), we can help! Online orders are eligible for a refund or exchange if postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all returns and exchanges must be emailed to email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your return is received in our returns department, please allow 48 hours for your return to be processed. IN-STORE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AT EITHER BIG DROP NYC LOCATIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME FOR JENNIFER HOPE ONLINE ORDERS. We only accept returns sent to the below address.
All sale items are not eligible for a refund, credit or exchange. Original shipping charges on returns are non-refundable. Customers who postmark return items after 14 days are not eligible for a refund, but are eligible for store credit. Store credit will not be given for items that are returned after 30 days from the date of the original order.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A $10 PROCESSING FEE. EXCHANGES ARE GRATIS.
All Returns Must Meet the Following Requirements:
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, damaged, or washed
- Merchandise must have all tags attached
- Items must be neatly folded and sent back securely in a postal package
- All returns and exchanges must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving
- Merchandise must be shipped within 14 days from delivery
- All sale items are not eligible for a refund, credit or exchange
- Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable
If any returns do not meet these requirements, the items will be returned to you immediately and a refund will not be provided. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, misuse, alterations, or damage. Please contact our customer service if you have any questions: email@example.com
- Neatly and securely repackage your items in a postal package
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order for a Return Authorization Number. If your exchange is for another size or color of the original item you purchased, understand that some styles have limited sizes/colors in stock, so please include this information to avoid any delays.
- Download and Fill out the Return Authorization Slip completely and include this with your original order receipt in your return. If you do not include the Authorization Slip and order receipt with your return, it will delay the return/exchange process. CLICK HERE FOR THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM.
- If you request an online store credit, you will receive your voucher code by email the same day your return is processed. Note that this voucher code can only be used at www.jenniferhopeclothing.com
We will not accept returns/exchanges that do not follow our Return Policy and Instructions.

Pending our inspection on the return of your items, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 7-14 days from the date we receive the items back to our distribution center. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction.
Shipping & Handling
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received after 3:00pm EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of the merchandise. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

How do I track my order?
To track your shipment via UPS, refer to your Order Confirmation email for the UPS tracking number, then simply enter your tracking number on the UPS website at www.ups.com to track your order shipment.
