Q: How do I know what size I am?

A: Jennifer Hope's garments typically fit true to size, but pay attention to the product's description to see if that garment runs big or small due to design (it will be noted). If you’re still skeptical, just ask us! Our support team knows exactly how each garment fits and can give you feedback. Either email sales@jenniferhopeclothing.com or send a message to our chat support on the side of the page.

 

Q: What material(s) are your garments made from?

A: Absolutely everything is 100% silk! (except for the Leather Foxy Crop Top)

 

Q: How do I care for my garment(s)?

A: DRY CLEAN ONLY and use a steamer to release any wrinkling

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes! All international orders are shipped USPS, as their services offers lower rates for international shipments. *Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items once product has left the U.S. and is in the hands of another country’s postal provider. If your order has been shipped outside of the U.S. and there seems to be a problem with the location of your package, please consult your customs policies and fee for your country, as we do not take responsibility for this. Also, allow up to 3 weeks for your package to arrive, depending on your location.

 

Q: Will Jennifer Hope be making handbags, jewelry, swimwear, etc., anytime soon?

A: No, our line is strictly tops, bottoms, dresses, and rompers. 

 

Q: How can I become an influencer for Jennifer Hope?

A: Unfortunately we are not collaborating with influencers/gifting programs at the moment.
